Terms of Use
Last updated: [date of publication]
These terms apply to everyone who uses HallSpot, a service of [Grostage – registered business name]. By using the website or a venue account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What the service is
HallSpot lists convention halls and venues in Kerala, shows their availability as published by each venue, and lets visitors send enquiries. We are not a party to any booking: bookings, prices, payments and cancellations are agreed directly between you and the venue. We do not charge visitors any fee.
2. For visitors
- Availability, prices, photos and descriptions come from the venues. We try to keep the service accurate but cannot guarantee that a date shown as free is still available.
- Always confirm the details, price and terms with the venue before paying them anything.
- Enquiries must be genuine. Do not send spam, false details or abusive messages.
3. For venue owners
- You must be authorised to list the venue and must keep your listing, rates and calendar accurate and up to date.
- You must own or have permission to use every photo and text you upload, and they must not mislead.
- You are responsible for your dealings with your customers, including your own prices, taxes, permits and any data you collect about them.
- Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and the users you add.
- We review listings before they appear and may refuse, hide or remove a listing that breaks these terms or the law, or after repeated complaints.
4. Plans and payment
- Listing a venue needs an active monthly or yearly plan. Prices are shown in your dashboard and include GST where applicable.
- Your listing appears in search while your plan is active and your listing is approved. When a plan ends, the listing is hidden and the dashboard is locked until you renew; your data is kept.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not try to break into, overload, scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Our content
The software, design and brand belong to [Grostage – registered business name]. Venues keep ownership of their content and give us permission to display it on the service.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from bookings or disputes between visitors and venues, from inaccurate venue information, or from interruptions to the service. Our total liability to a venue owner is limited to the plan fees paid in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city], Kerala have jurisdiction.
